All images, photographs, backdrops, and human models displayed on our platform are 100% generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). They do not represent real people, physical locations, or real-life photography studios.

2. Usage Rights of Models (Faces and People)

It is strictly forbidden to copy, save, reproduce, or use the faces and bodies of the AI-generated models shown on the platform, unless they are models explicitly made available and authorized by us for open use.

Unauthorized use of restricted models for deceptive marketing campaigns or false endorsements will result in immediate account suspension with no rights to a refund.

The Platform provides digital products and grants immediate access to its digital prompt database, assets, and related content immediately after successful payment.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that access begins immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.

Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted solely because the customer:

• changed their mind;
• no longer wishes to use the service;
• expected different business results;
• failed to read the product description;
• purchased by mistake after completing checkout;
• did not use the purchased content;
• lacked the technical knowledge required to use the product;
• was dissatisfied with personal expectations not expressly promised by the Platform.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, features, and compatibility before completing the purchase.

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, account abuse, fraud, or attempts to obtain access without payment may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
